John worked with Xerox for 12 years through the 70s and early 80s as a GSA and Major Account Sales Representative.

Those that know John understand why he has been so successful.  He was/is a very honorable, determined, dedicated, likeable, hard working person and has enjoyed considerable success, both personally and professionally. 

John Falvey is a 30+ year veteran of the commercial real estate industry in Louisville. He has extensive experience in the sales, leasing and development of office and retail properties. 

In December 2011 John merged his company, Falvey Commercial Properties, Ltd., with Fortis Group.

He founded Falvey Commercial Properties in 1993, and built the firm's reputation as one of the premier commercial brokerage firms in Louisville. For 18 years he and his associates specialized in office and retail leasing, site selection, commercial building and land sales. 

John's client list is a Who's Who of prominent national and local companies and his expertise contributed to the closing of some of the most significant real estate transactions in the market.

For ten years prior to founding Falvey Commercial Properties, he was a partner and vice president for STM Development Company, a regional developer, where he developed and leased suburban office buildings and shopping centers.

He is a US Army veteran, having served as an infantry officer in Vietnam soon after college graduation. He graduated from Xavier University with a degree in Business Administration and earned a Master's degree in Human Relations from Webster University. 

John has been active in numerous trade organizations and local boards including the Oldham County Planning Commission. 

John and Riki, now retired, reside in Pewee Valley, have two daughters and two grandchildren.

Steve is a very nice gentleman and absolutely a "can do" kind of guy!  He could be depended on to bring in the numbers!  Hard worker and dedicated to Xerox!


Steve worked with Xerox during the 1970's and 80's.  During his Xerox experience, Steve was a successful copier sales representative and later became the fax sales manager. He always won the Par Club trips and many awards! 

After Xerox, he became involved with The Jefferson Bank and later became a long time executive at BBT bank for many years years.  

Steve is now retired, he and Ann still live in Louisville, KY.

Dick was an excellent XEROX sales representative during the 1970's and early 80's in the Louisville Branch.  He was a very high energy, high integrity, southern gentleman and a good friend to everyone that knew him.  

In additional to being an outstanding sales representative, he was the drummer with the famous local musical group "The Monarchs"

Dick left Xerox in 1982 to become Vice President of Thornton Oil Company in Louisville where he had total responsibility for petroleum and non-petroleum marketing until 1989 at which time he assumed responsibility for "fleet fueling sales" and  corporate affairs until 1999 at which time he accepted a position with York Companies for a while, before becoming the General Sales Manager, Innovative Electronic Desrsigns (IED) at IED On Call here in Louisville.

Today, he is the General Sales Manager for (IED) Innovative Electronic Design, LLC and General Manager for Innovative Electronic Design Support Services (IEDSS).

He and Kay were married  in the mid '70s, while both were working with Xerox and today they still live in the Louisville area.    They have two adult daughters (Sarah and Ellen) and a son (Richard) who lives in Colorado.  On July 31, 2013 Dick became a Grandfather for the first time.....a Granddaughter named Harper Rae born in  Breckinridge, Colorado.   Congratulations !!!!

Bill was with the Xerox Corporation from the early beginning of the Louisville Branch.  Prior to Xerox, he worked with GE as a territory manager.  Bill was a major account manager (and particularly the GE account manager) for all of the time that I worked with him.  He was an outstanding salesman and was always on or above plan.  
During his final years at Xerox, Bill and Don Henson began building houses and learned the land-development business.  After retiring from Xerox Bill became one of the largest developers in the Louisville area.  He and Phyllis still live in Louisville.

Today, Bill's health is good and he still hunts and fishes as often as possible, in fact, he and friends have been hunting in North Dakota several times a year for the past 15 years.  Bill has been and is a very good friend and I value that friendship very much.

Jim was a very successful Xerox Sales Representative, while working for ASO Manager, K. David Robertson in Lexington, KY during the early ‘70’s.  I am not sure how long he stayed with the Lexington Xerox Team, but believe he was promoted and moved to the Cincinnati, Ohio Xerox Branch after his successful performance in Lexington.  I understand that Jim and K. David (and families) have maintained a close relationship during and after Xerox. (Perhaps K.David or Jim will update our information).
Jim has had a very successful business life.  Both with Xerox and after Xerox.  According to our sources, Jim has built a very successful company over the past 20 years in with corporate offices in Scottsdale, AZ , MARBLELIFE…. A Worldwide Stone, Tile & Grout restoration and maintenance service.  They are providers of marble services throughout the world.  Mablelife has more than 50 offices around the world, staffed by over 200 MARBLELIFE trained stone restoration professionals.

Bill Taylor was an outstanding service tech in Evansville, working for John Robison.  He was one of the "Roadrunners" that kept the equipment running and giving the Roadrunners and Xerox such a good reputation for equipment reliability. Bill had a positive attitude and could do anything!  He was very responsible, hard working and creative!  Today, Bill drives all over North America for KL Chempak Company out of Lester, PA and hauls Liquids/Gases, Chemicals, Commodities Dry Bulk and HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials)

Dick Rudzik (known today as Richard) was with Xerox during the 1970's, as a sales representative. He worked out of the Lexington office when I first met him in the early 70's and later out of the Louisville office. For many of those years he was the Kentucky state government representative, working on Paul Logsdon's GEM team. He was very successful in his assignment and did an outstanding job for Xerox and for the Kentucky State Government! Dick departed Xerox in 1979 and became a very successful massage therapist in Lexington, in fact he was chosen as "THE BEST OF LEXINGTON"  by ACE magazine.  His studio is located in Monogram VOCE on the Esplanade in Lexington.

Today, Richard lives in Lexington, has two adult sons and four wonderful grandchildren.  He dosen't use email but he does text and if you wish to get in touch with him, see the number above and call or text.

Duane Lightfoot earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Fayetteville State University in 1974.  He has been an entrepreneur since leaving Xerox after a 12-year sales career.  He is a seasoned and proven business and community leader!

President, CEO and founder of Center Court Resources (CCRG), a local marketing firm specializing in integrated marketing and networking solutions providing friendly platforms for buyers and sellers to meet (CCRG is his base company of operations), Publisher "Who's Who In Black Louisville"™, the nation's largest annual directory publisher targeting the African American market.


Duane was named the Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004, he finds time and believes that it is important to give back to the community. He was appointed by the mayor and has served on the Jeffersontown Civil Service Board for the past nine years. He has served on several boards over the years including the Chamber, Bell Awards and two-time PTA president.

A few of his business accomplishments are president and CEO of Commonwealth Printing Company (1997-1999), Cost Saver Equipment and Supplies Corporation (1989-1994), he was also president of Smart Solutions TV and Magazine, a local advertising firm that produces Smart Solutions magazine. 

Duane has recently become the Licensee and President of ITEX Kentuckiana, LLC, a barter and trade organization.  


He and his wife, Dena have two adult children, Telma and Duane Jr.
