    70, of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2015.
    He was the owner/operator of Okolona Transmission and a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

    He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Patricia Watson Clemons; four children, Debbie Olsen (Rod), Tammy Toland (Doug), Jill Johnson (Todd) and George E. Clemons, II; he is also survived by the "light of his life", Myleigh Clemons; six other grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and three brothers.

    His funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, "In St. Matthews" with burial to follow in Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the funeral home.

    In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts in the form of contributions be made to an educational fund for his granddaughter, Myleigh Clemons at Commonwealth Bank & Trust, 286 N. Hubbards Lane, Louisville, KY 40207.
    6/21/15  Pats "Trish" Clemons husband, George passed away at 5:05 PM on June 20, 2015. Pat said that he went quickly. "He had suffered so much over the last few weeks and the last few days were horrible because he refused anything for pain. He has been fighting since Jauary of this year being in and out of the hospital". Pat said, "he fought for only one reason and that was the "light of his life", Myleigh, his grand-daughter, because she has been through so much this past year, he didn't want her to go through anything else". "The Good Lord called him home and we are grieving that he is gone but know he is in a better place and made his peace with God".  "Please pray for all his children, grand-children and great-grandchildren, especially Myleigh who has lost so many people she loved in such a short period of time. Thanks to everyone that has prayed for him and our family".  Pat Clemons
