Phil received his bachelor’s degree from Xavier University.
He was with Xerox in the mid 1970's through early 1980's. He was very successful in various sales positions including major account sales in the Louisville area. After Xerox, Phil entered the commercial real estate business and today has more than twenty years experience as an Industrial Brokerage Advisor with Commercial Kentucky. Frequently quoted in business and real estate publications, Phil is a recognized leader in the commercial real estate community in Kentucky.
He earned certification by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), indicating Phil’s expertise in financial and market analysis and his ability to guide clients toward sound real estate investment decisions.
Phil joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1987 and specialized in all aspects of industrial tenant and landlord representation, Phil continues to be a top performer in the brokerage community year after year.
