Jeff Sturges

Jeff Sturges
Marlborough, MA.
Jeff worked at the Xerox Louisville Branch in the early 1970s as a sales representative.  He was an excellent sales representative and did an outstanding job for Xerox.  In 1979 he  joined AM offset equipment company.  It was at this time that we lost contact with Jeff.  However, I have learned that in 1998 he joined Lexmark International as Director of Worldwide Sales and Marketing.  In 2007 Jeff became Vice President for Vermont Composites, Inc. until 2010 at which time he became President and CEO of Resolute Racing Shells, in the greater Boston area.
Jeff took over the helm at Resolute in the fall of
2010 and brought with him over 20 years of experience as a coach, athlete, and competitor as well as an extensive background in carbon fiber manufacturing.

A regular Masters 1x competitor, he has participated in 11 Heads of the Charles regatta’s, is a Level III certified coach, and is Vice President of the Quinsigamond Rowing Association.

While at Middlebury College earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree, he played varsity soccer and was Captain of the varsity lacrosse team. He went on to pursue an MBA at the Olin School at Babson College.  Jeff also became a Captain in the US Army, Armor Branch.

Jeff and Karen reside in Marlborough and have a summer home on Cape Cod at Hyannis, MA.  Jeff still enjoys getting back out on the soccer field, skiing and of course, rowing. They have three adult children.
